Work with experts to build projects with impact

Do you dream of creating innovative solutions to tackle climate change? Need help to turn your ideas into real-world projects?
Our new Innovators Programme is a 12-week experience that helps young changemakers to connect and learn from professionals while developing projects for the planet and digital skills. Students and teachers will receive guided support and mentoring from professionals for 1 hour per week over 12-weeks online between January and April 2025 to design projects with impact. 
Students will pitch projects at the end of March for a chance to win an award and receive further support to bring them to life in 2025 with mentorship from experts in tech, business and sustainability.

Digital Incubator:
  • Use Design Thinking to create a green tech solution
  • Build a competitive value proposition
  • Build a commercial model
  • Build a Proof of Concept 
  • Build a Go To Market Plan
  • Build a project pitch presentation


Digital Academy
  • Get hands on with tech in workshops led by experts.
  • Earn a certificate in design thinking, user experience design, AI, data analytics or smart devices to show prospective employers

Build skills in design, tech and AI

We partner with leading organisations such as Microsoft, Vodafone, and University of Oxford, to deliver action-learning workshops with 96% recommendation rates from students in areas such as:
  • Artificial Intelligence
  • Data Analytics
  • Programming
  • Robotics
  • Digital Design
  • Connectivity and more!

Programme Key Dates

Students will be invited to join 12 weekly online sessions for 1-2 hours per week from January 14th, plus a Digital Camp Showcase event in April.

Student Scholarships

Apply by 13th Dec

Digital Camp and The Toucan Project are awarding up to 10 scholarships to students that are ready to work in teams and build skills to tackle climate change. If you're selected for a scholarship, you'll work with mentors to design your green tech project over the 12-week period.

It’s easy and free to apply. Simply register using the button below, then submit a 3-minute video introduction of the challenge you want to solve and ideas you want to explore. 

Submission Guidelines

  • Introduction: Begin by introducing yourself—share your name, age, and where you're from.
  • Identify a Challenge: Describe a specific environmental or sustainability issue of interest.

  • Motivation and Goals: What drives you to tackle this issue and what you hope to achieve with your project?
